Beverly Hills Park, Beverly Hills NSW

A great size oval, cricket nets, two small playgrounds and even a Street Library!

Great for walking around, we had a playground to ourselves - plenty of room for one arm stick and ball throwing

Padstow Heights NSW

We were pretty stoked to hear this area is on the edge of our 5km radius. Today we soaked up a good few hours exploring tracks around the area.

Now that we will be limited to an hour outdoor exercise we might tackle these tracks again in sections o

Playford Park, Padstow NSW

We have struggled this week on all fronts but needing to get out of a rut pushed ourselves out again.

Great sized ovals, play area and gym equipment made this visit worthwhile

Wiley Park, Wiley Park NSW

Such a great local oasis to spend the afternoon in. Enough space for us to feel like it was just us there.

A great walking track, playground, ponds, exercise equipment, picnic areas, bathrooms - it had it all!

Narwee Park, Narwee NSW

Near the site of the old High School we hadn't visited this park for about 8 years but it was a hit.

With lots of climbing for the kids and enough to challenge them I had trouble getting them to leave the park!

A good playground, grass area, cricket nets and bbqs.

Rotary Park, Riverwood NSW

Mr 10 - I liked climbing the web, it needs another monkey bar

Miss 12 - It has a great flying fox
Mum - lots of sensory play for kids, large group spaces to gather (outside of lockdown).
A great 1.5km circuit by the M5 to Bonds Road and follow the YMCA pathway to Belmore Road.

Padstow Park, Padstow NSW

So many places to still visit in lockdown. Our aim is to visit a different place every afternoon for at least an hour (in our local LGA). Hoping to find some new gems!

Padstow Park review:
Mr 10 - A great big oval, they need to add footy goals
Miss 12 - The rope on the tree was the bonus, otherwise a little boring
Mum - We are all off devices!

Taronga Zoo, Sydney NSW

Taronga Zoo is always a great family filled day.  Plenty of walking and animals (don't miss the Seal Show!)
